By accessing or using Apruvio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Service
Apruvio is a proof approval and project management platform designed for creative professionals. Our service enables you to upload proofs, share them with clients for review and approval, manage projects and scheduling, and track communications.
User Accounts
To use Apruvio, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the service for any illegal purpose, upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, or interfere with or disrupt the service.
SMS Messaging Terms
If you enable SMS notifications:
- You must obtain explicit consent from clients before sending them SMS messages
- You are responsible for compliance with TCPA and other applicable regulations
- Message frequency varies based on project activity
- Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients
- Clients can opt out at any time by replying STOP
- SMS usage is subject to monthly limits based on your plan
Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.
Content Ownership
You retain all rights to content you upload to Apruvio. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apruvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
